In our time searching for a home, my brother and I came across a handful of realtors. Some were more professional than others, though we never really had any actively bad ones. I'll be frank; I actually can't recall much of the other realtors that we had because Christina stood head and shoulders above everyone else. She was prompt, focused, and brought a level of energy to the job I found inspiring. Her stamina is unmatched. Undaunted by a set of specific needs brought about by our uncommon necessity, she relentlessly sought out possible options for us. For an entire year, she not only brought homes to our attention but helped us fact-find for ones we located ourselves on an almost daily basis. There were an uncountable number of weeks were we saw multiple homes, often multiple times due to my brother and I having radically different schedules, and despite this she was always accommodating. The only ebb and flow in her efforts came from the market itself; to put it simply, if Christina was not bringing us multiple options a week, there were none fit to be had. Through it all, she was engaging, pleasant, and a delight to work with. Her knowledge and experience were packaged with warmth and an unflagging positive outlook, and no matter how many times we ran into "almost right" or were outbid or any number of other roadblocks to home ownership were thrown in our way she always would offer a path forward and the assurance that she would find us a house. And in the end she did, ferreting out something that hadn't even hit the market yet with all the particulars we were looking for. She was instrumental in keeping us grounded during the purchase process, and ensured that the process went smoothly for our half of the effort. When you work with someone this closely for a year you gain detailed knowledge of their abilities, and I can confidently state that in the industry she is second to none. There are only those that can match her, and none that can outperform.
